TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all contracts between:

and customers (“Customer”) who place orders via the online shop:

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these T&Cs in the version valid at the time of the order.
These T&Cs apply exclusively. Conflicting terms shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A contract is concluded only when:
- an order confirmation is sent by email, or
- the goods are dispatched
The Seller reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons, particularly in cases of:
- incorrect product information
- pricing errors
- product unavailability
- suspected misuse or fraud
Payments already made will be refunded.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
The total price, including shipping costs, is displayed before completing the order.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., using:
- Credit and debit cards
- Apple Pay
Payment is due immediately upon order.
The Seller does not store full payment details.
Orders may be cancelled in case of failed or unauthorized payments.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is limited to Switzerland unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Costs
- CHF 6.50 for orders below CHF 200
- Free shipping from CHF 200
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to logistics providers or force majeure. The Seller is not liable for such delays.
Risk Transfer
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods.
5. Inspection and Notification of Defects
The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 5 days by email to:
If no notification is made within this period, the goods are deemed accepted.
6. Returns and Voluntary Right of Withdrawal
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal.
However, the Seller grants a voluntary return policy:
Conditions
- Return request within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
Returns must be announced in advance via email.
Costs and Risk
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer
- Returns are sent at the Customer’s risk
Exceptions
Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller if:
- incorrect product was delivered
- product is defective
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Product Information and Use
Products (e.g. imported beverages and confectionery) may differ from Swiss standards in:
- ingredients
- labeling
- nutritional values
The Customer is responsible for reviewing product information before purchase.
The Seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from:
- improper storage
- misuse
- disregard of product information
Mandatory liability under Swiss product liability law remains unaffected.
8. Age Requirement
Orders may only be placed by persons with legal capacity.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian.
9. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account for easier order processing.
The Customer is responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of misuse.
10. Liability
The Seller is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.
Liability is excluded, to the extent permitted by law, for:
- slight negligence
- indirect or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit)
This limitation does not apply in cases of:
- intent or gross negligence
- personal injury
- mandatory statutory liability
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG).

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Beer Shop Ben Ahmed, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
14. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
